Yes. All core tools and file sharing features are completely free to use. There are no hidden fees, no watermarks on outputs, and no mandatory sign-ups.
No account is required for any of our tools or guest file transfers. Creating an account is optional and gives you access to a file history dashboard and analytics.
Flixfer works best on modern browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari (version 14+). For the best experience we recommend keeping your browser up to date.
Privacy & Security
Yes. Browser-based tools (PDF merge, image compression, text utilities, etc.) process your files entirely on your device — your data never leaves your browser. Server-side tools use encrypted HTTPS transfers and files are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after processing.

Shared files are stored for the expiry period you select at upload time (typically 1–30 days). Once expired, files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.
Yes. All connections to Flixfer use HTTPS (TLS), ensuring data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted.

File size limits vary per tool. Most browser-based tools can handle files up to 100 MB. The file-sharing feature supports uploads up to the limit shown on the upload page.
